Welcome to Listiq (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website (listiq.app), and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

  1. Use of the Service

    You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

  2. User Accounts

    To use certain features (e.g., sharing lists, saving preferences), you may need to create an account linked to your Apple ID or iCloud. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity under it.

  3. Plans and Limitations

    Listiq offers both free and paid plans. Each plan comes with usage limits (e.g., number of lists, items, or AI features). These limits are described in the app and may be updated from time to time. If you exceed the limitations of your plan, certain features may become restricted.

  4. Content Ownership and License

    You retain ownership of the content you create within the app. By using our sharing features, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., iCloud sharing).

  5. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
    • Attempt to disrupt or harm the functionality of the Service.
    • Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Service.

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these rules.

  6. Intellectual Property

    All content and materials provided by us (including app design, branding, and code) are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our materials without permission.

  7. Third-Party Services

    The Service may integrate with third-party platforms, such as Apple iCloud. We are not responsible for the terms, policies, or actions of those services. Your use of iCloud and Apple’s infrastructure is governed by their respective terms.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listiq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, resulting from your use of the Service.

  9. Changes to the Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
